USB connection on SecuXess
To use USB please go to https://wallet.secuxtech.com/secuxess/#/
Select USB, the system will automatically detect the device, and then click "Connect"
The device will be detected only after it is unlocked.
If you are using a Type-C to Type-C cable, it might not work with the wallet. Please use a USB-A to Type-C cable instead. Additionally, please check if the wallet shows a charging status when the cable is connected.
Additionally, we recommend checking the USB port on your computer.
Please ensure it is a USB 2.0 port, as USB 3.0 ports might not be compatible with the device connection.
You can distinguish USB 2.0 ports by their black interior, whereas USB 3.0 ports typically have a blue interior. Kindly refer to the following image for guidance on identifying the USB port type.
If you are using the correct type of USB port and the issue persists, we also suggest trying a different USB cable and computer if available.
It is important to use an Android-certified USB cable, as iOS cables have their own specifications and may not be compatible with the SecuX device.
