Connect the device to the “SecuX Wallet” app…
For W20/V20/Shield Bio wallet, which is equipped with bluetooth, you can connect to the web portal “SecuXess” or the “SecuX Wallet” app.
It’s important to note that the cold wallet will be detected after it's turned on and unlocked with the PIN.
If users install the app on a mobile/tablet or reset the app, they will be required to create a new password for future logins as a security measure.
Once the new password is set up, users can proceed with pairing the hardware wallet to the app.
Please note that the hardware wallet is only able to connect to the mobile/tablet via bluetooth.
Make sure to turn on the bluetooth on BOTH your mobile/tablet and the hardware wallet.
Besides, the “bluetooth pairing” process should be done within the app as shown in the following photo, rather than directly in the system settings.
Simply turn on the bluetooth on both your mobile and SecuX wallet, and then return to the “SecuX Wallet” app to complete the pairing.
Furthermore, the access to "GPS/Location" is required for pairing up for the first time.
Please turn on the Bluetooth function on your wallet at the same time

Connect to “SecuXess” via Chrome on computers and “create a new account”…
Apart from the app, users can also connect the device to the web portal “SecuXess” on computers through the USB cable or bluetooth connection.
Please note that “SecuXess” [ https://wallet.secuxtech.com/secuxess/#/ ] has to be connected via Chrome, whether on computers (suggested) or the mobile browser.
Browsers other than Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Opera will lead to connection failure.
