Please note that your crypto assets are stored on the blockchain, not in the hardware wallet.
The wallet securely holds your private key, which is used to access and authorize transactions. As long as your 12/18/24 recovery words (seed phrase) are kept confidential, no one else can access your assets.
For security, the device will reset to factory settings after five (5) incorrect PIN attempts. You can restore your wallet anytime using your recovery words.
Recover your wallet with the “Recovery words/seed phrase”
If the device shows “Invalid” after entering the 12/18/24th word, it means one or more words are incorrect or out of order. The 12/18/24th word acts as a checksum to detect such errors.
Kindly ensure that you enter the correct words in the proper sequence.
Recover your hidden wallet with the “passphrase”
After successfully recovering your primary wallet with your “recovery words/seed phrase”, please enter "Settings > Hidden (wallet)" to set up another new PIN and input your “passphrase” (the 25th recovery word).

Kindly be aware that the “passphrase” is “case sensitive”. This means that all uppercase and lowercase letters must match exactly as you initially set them. Ensure to enter the right passphrase with the correct case.
After setting up the hidden wallet, please unlock the device with the “hidden wallet PIN” and connect it to “SecuXess” via Chrome on computers to sync the most up-to-date information to the offline device.
After successfully entering the wallet, you will see the following
Please connect your device to “SecuXess” via Chrome on computers and then select each blockchain in the left sidebar and recreate your account sync to see your assets.
