The simplest way to determine if SecuX supports a particular cryptocurrency is to directly click "Withdraw" for that cryptocurrency in your exchange account, then look in the "Network/Protocol" selection list to see if it includes any of the following chains: "ETH (ERC-20), BSC (BEP-20), TRX (TRC-10, TRC-20), Solana (SPL)".
If it does, it means you can send through those chains and use your SecuX receiving addresses on these chains to receive the cryptos.
Please ensure that you send through the appropriate network for each.
Furthermore, SecuX also supports EVM Chains and tokens on these chains.
For the full list of the “EVM Networks”, please refer: [ https://chainlist.org ].
Please note that “Testnets” are NOT supported by SecuX.
If you have the receiving address to the corresponding network, Ethereum network for example, after the transaction is confirmed "completed" on the blockchain, your corresponding account will automatically receive the cryptos.
After the transfers are confirmed “successful” on the blockchain, your corresponding accounts will automatically receive the tokens.
You do NOT need to add any token before/after receiving the tokens. Simply connect the device to “SecuXess” or “SecuX Mobile” app and “Manage tokens” to enable the tokens’ display in the portfolio.
Please note that it is normal if you can not see/search any supported tokens listed under “Manage tokens” if you do not have any token under the account address.
Please check the “Manage tokens” tutorial here:
on SecuXess
The same concepts of “Manage tokens” can be also applied to tokens on ETH, Tron and SOL networks.
