Please be reassured that your wallet functions normally if the addresses are from the same account and given by the web portal “SecuXess” or the app “SecuX Mobile”, if your wallet is W20 or V20 equipped with bluetooth.
BTC address mechanism
It's normal that the BTC receiving address keeps changing.
It is actually the mechanism of how BTC works: the Bitcoin address is NOT intended to be permanent, but just for use in a single transaction.
If the address is a bitcoin or bitcoin-related one such as Litecoin and Dogecoin, your receiving address changes after each deposit made to your wallet. These various addresses all link back to the same wallet.
These changing addresses are another way of further enhancing your privacy as no one can take one single address and view your entire crypto balance in a blockchain explorer.
How does SecuX deal with this?
To strike a balance between privacy and convenience for users, SecuX Wallet supports 5 addresses for each BTC account.
Each time you click “receive”, “SecuXess” and “SecuX Mobile” will show you one of the 5 addresses at random.
You can search by your addresses to see whether your attempted transaction is successful or not at “Blockchair” [ https://blockchair.com/ ].
On the explorer, the explorer only shows the balance of each address, it will NOT show the sum of them.
However, the BTC account balance on “SecuXess” and “SecuX Mobile” is the total amount of these 5 addresses.
You can always check your latest account balance when the wallet is connected to the blockchain.
Besides, the device will only display one fixed address of the five on the hardware wallet “Account Portfolio” when you check your BTC account.
If you would like to use the same constant address as the recipient, you may use this one.
Hope these answer your inquiries and calm any worries you might be experiencing.
