Regarding the “SecuX Firmware Update” app...
To finish the firmware update, please install the “SecuX Firmware Update” app on your mobile.

The app only works when your SecuX wallet is in the “Update Mode”.

The “SecuX (Firmware) Update” app needs to be run on Android 10 or higher version, and iOS 12.1 or higher version. Mobiles with OS versions other than these may cause failure of the firmware update.
Besides, the app only works when your SecuX wallet is in the “Update Mode”.
Update with the app…
Please turn on BOTH your mobile “Bluetooth and GPS/Location”, enter “SecuX (Firmware) Update” app, agree to the terms and policy and “Enter App”, and choose “Nifty” to continue.
After reading the reminders, please tick them all and click “I’m ready” and “Update Now” to start.
It is suggested to connect your SecuX Wallet to power to ensure the stable power supply so the update will NOT be disrupted.
After the update is completed, you may close “SecuX Firmware Update”.
Meanwhile, your SecuX Wallet will reboot automatically.
If the SecuX Wallet is stuck or non-responsive after the update, please use a small bent paper clip or SIM card eject pin to restart the device by pressing the switch through the small hole next to the device power button, and then turn on the device again.
