Receive XRP or XLM in Your SecuX Wallet
If you use SecuX Wallet as the recipient of XRP and XLM, it does NOT require a tag/memo.
You may directly send XRP/XLM to the corresponding SecuX receiving address(es).
If users do "add a tag/memo" to send XRP/XLM to their SecuX "XRP/XLM address", there will be problems and the funds may not arrive.
*If an exchange requires you to include a tag/memo, we recommend getting in touch with them to explain the situation and request their assistance.
Transferring XRP (and XLM) to exchanges
Typically, when transferring XRP (and XLM) to exchanges, it is necessary to include a specific "tag/memo" with the transaction.
This tag/memo ensures that the designated exchange account correctly receives the funds. If you omit the tag/memo in your transaction, you will be unable to find the funds in your exchange account.
How to add a tag/memo when sending XRP/XLM from SecuX?
SecuX users are allowed to add a tag/memo for their XRP/XLM transaction from SecuX wallets (if required).
It actually varies based on whether the recipient requests you to include a tag/memo or not.
