Regarding USDT…
"USDT" is a token that has been issued across multiple blockchain networks.
SecuX supports “USDT” on Ethereum (ETH, ERC-20) network, Binance Smart Chain (BSC, BEP-20) network, Tron (TRX, TRC-20) network and Solana (SOL) network.
Users will need to “create an account” on the corresponding network.
Please refer the instruction here: https://secuxtech.com/community/how-it-works/manage-coins-tokens/add-accounts-on-secux-mobile-app
If you are sending/receiving “USDT” on the Ethereum network (ERC-20), please use your “ETH address” to do so, and when sending from the exchange, please choose to send through ETH (ERC-20) network.
When dealing with "USDT" on the BSC (BEP-20) network, please send/receive it using the "BSC address" through BSC (BEP-20) network, on the Tron (TRX, TRC-20) network using the "Tron address" through Tron (TRX, TRC-20) network, and on the Solana (SOL) network using the "Solana address" through Solana (SOL) network. Please ensure that you send through the appropriate network for each.
If you have the receiving address to the corresponding network, after the transaction is confirmed "successful" on the blockchain, your corresponding account will automatically receive the cryptos.
You do not need to add any token before/after receiving the tokens.
Please refer “how to send/receive cryptos” here:
on SecuXess: https://secuxtech.com/howitworks/how-to-receive-on-secuxess-web-app/
After the transaction is completed, please “manage tokens”:
on SecuXess: https://secuxtech.com/howitworks/manage-erc-tokens-on-secuxess-web-app/
The same concepts of “Manage tokens” can be also applied to tokens on ETH, Tron and SOL networks.
Please note that it is normal if you can not see/search any supported tokens listed under “Manage tokens” if you do not have any token under the account address.
