Resetting your wallet will erase all stored data. You will need to recreate account and restore your assets using your recovery phrase.
How to Recover Your SecuX Wallet
- Transaction not completed – Check transaction status
If your transaction has not been completed, check the transaction status on the blockchain explorer to verify if it was processed successfully.
- Transaction completed but wallet not synced
If your transaction is completed but does not appear in your wallet, try syncing your wallet to update the balance and transaction history.
- Transaction completed but data not refreshed
Sometimes, the wallet interface may not update immediately. Try refreshing the wallet or restarting the app to see the latest transaction details.
- Transaction completed but token not managed
If the transaction is completed but the token is not visible, go to the "Manage Token" section in the wallet settings and ensure the token is added to your asset list.
